My Story
I’m Rachel, the coach behind ADHD Hiker. I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until
my early 30s, right in the middle of graduate school. Suddenly, so many pieces
of my story fell into place… the struggle to stay on track, the bursts of creativity,
the cycles of burnout and resilience.

Before becoming a coach, I spent years working as a marine scientist, studying
wild, unpredictable systems. In many ways, that work mirrors how ADHD can
feel. There are currents you can’t control, storms that roll in out of nowhere, and surprising moments of beauty and clarity when things click.

My coaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that ADHD
isn’t a flaw, it’s a different way of moving through the world. And when you
learn how to hike your trail on your own terms, the journey becomes
something worth savoring.
